We had them come out and take trees down a couple of years ago and they were great. We recommended them to other people and they did good work for them. We called them again because we have 3 trees to take down now, we asked for a bid, they came out and gave us one, we both signed it. That was three months ago and we haven't been able to get them here to our property since then. We've called them 6 times. We just get excuses. No one from the office has ever called back.
