I had an excellent experience with Tree Arborists. Joe and his team were outstanding from start to finish. They arrived right on schedule, which is always appreciated, and were professional, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the entire job. The crew was extremely efficient and clearly very knowledgeable in removing stumps. They completed the work safely and with great attention to detail. What really stood out was how clean they left the site—everything was thoroughly tidied up, and you wouldn’t even know work had ... read more

A 21 year old maple tree recently came down on our roof after a severe storm in Aurora. We immediately looked for reputable arborists in the area. Joe was extremely sensitive to our situation and came on site to provide a quote for the service. We didn’t think twice about securing his team to do the work. They arrived on time with all the equipment to safely remove the tree off my roof, break it down, and dispose of it. I was amazed by how professional and organized the team was. Joe and his team were very professional. Booking was pretty easy and Joe was honest and reasonable with pricing. Showed up on time, discussed what needed to be done, and even ent above what was expected. Highly recommend Joe and his team to anyone looking for a fair, reasonable, and straight up guy. Thx Joe and your team.

Joe and his team were outstanding! Joe and his son came by to provide a quote, and once we confirmed, they were back within a week to do the work. They did an amazing job trimming our 50+ year old cherry tree and our overgrown pear tree. They were quick, efficient, and incredibly professional. The cleanup was so thorough you wouldn’t have even known they were there. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely have them back again in 2 years for the next trim!

We were pleased with the service provided by Joe and his crew of 6 from Matrix Tree Group, Tree Arborists. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We needed a tree removed due to extensive decay and Joe advised us on what to do regarding acquiring the permit needed to remove the tree. Joe and his crew were professional and efficient. They worked safely and the cleanup afterwards was good. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and dependable service.
