He took the time to walk us through the first steps of the process, and gave us an excellent in person consultation. The guys at Tree and Ravine were very helpful in helping me obtain the necessary permits to move my project forward. I was a bit unsure as to what was necessary and feeling uncertain throughout this process, until I met with Sebastian. He took the time to explain the process and more importantly, educated me as to what was actually necessary for permit acquisition. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me. They did a root excavation which to my surprise showed just how much damage the roots did on my foundation. I was able to get the tree removed and another one planted further away from my house. I highly recommend them!
