I rented a house from Treader for 4 years. I had to call many times for things, the response was 50/50. Sometimes it was immediate, other times I called multiple times for the same thing with no action. But what really made me upset was when I moved out I spent 3 days cleaning the house. It was truly left cleaner then when I had moved in! My cat scrated at the weather stripping I just simply ran out of time and didn't fix it. But I paid a $300 non refundable deposit for my cat. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES LEASE FROM THESE PEOPLE! ROACHES! DIRTY! NASTY! THIEVES! & the other negative reviews are exactly what I experienced. Me & my roommate were interns at NASA and I guess they used that to take advantage of us. We ended up switching apartments during our lease because it takes them forever to contact you back and get anything done. They advertised the first apartment as a 2 bedroom when it was really a 1.5.
