RecommendedGreat customer service from start to finish of our tile project. Ralf provided us with some great upfront information and guidance picking out our tile and was available to answer our questions along the way. The rest of the Trebing team with Chris, Shane, Alex, Dennis and Julia we’re always willing to help out as well. They can improve by not ripping people off. I bought one box of tiles that was missing 6 tiles, and when I went back to the store was told I was lying and My contractor was “trying to pull a fast one”. They never tried to help or find out why the box was missing half the tiles. They just kept implying that I was lying, I filed a complaint with the BBB. Take your business somewhere else.

We highly recommend Trebing Tile! Everything from picking out the tile to the delivery was seamless with all of their help!
Ordered and paid for 12sq ft of tile. My licensed contractor noticed we only received half (6sq ft). Went immediately to the store. Spoke with the owner Ralf Trebing about the discrepancy and was called a liar and that I was trying to pull a fast one. I replied that I’m not a liar and just want the tile I paid for and did not receive. I was told by Ralf to leave the store and was refusing to resolve the problem. We were tired of trying to keep our balconies clean so decided to put tile down. We had heard good reviews regarding Trebing, visited the store and found the perfect tile at a very competitive price. Ralph came and gave us an estimate and a timeline that was acceptable. We were very pleased to get a phone call that let us know the job could start a week earlier than anticipated. Absolutely superb experience. Ralph and Shane helped me pick out my backsplash and Reilly expertly installed it. Extremely professional and courteous. It was a great pleasure doing business with them. I felt they were heavily invested in making sure I was happy with the project and even made it a point to get it done by Labor Day.

We purchased a house in SW Cape Coral that had old caroeting in the 3 bedrooms that had to go. My wife and I picked out some beautiful plank look tiles for those 3 rooms. 3 weeks ago, Tyler came to our house, removed the old carpeting and padding, laid down the tiles, and grouted same. His work was impeccable. The new flooring looks fantastic. As a side note, our old carpeting sat outside for quite awhile, even though I called and emailed WastePro a couple of times each week. Extremely happy and impressed with everyone we dealt with at Trebing Tile. We stopped in and Shane helped us pick out the perfect tile. We met Rolf, the owner, and he was very informative. Rolf came to our condo personally to measure and give us the estimate. He made great suggestions with his years of experience so the tile would look great.
