I moved into Trebah Village in 2011 brand new & moved out 2021. The first several years were amazing. The 2 mgrs before Jane were delightful. Jane was promoted to mgr & was just as competent. The property stayed just as beautiful & tenants were happy. There were activities every day & I coordinated monthly bus trips Jane retired & Billie came in. WOW!!! I love Trebah
After 8 years and 3 managers, I don’t have much positive to share. Cars are routinely vandalized and broken into. The current manager is mean and a bully and lives in this so-called Senior Living apartment with her 3 minor children. They take over the pool area as if it’s their private pool. Who can we complain to, the complicit manager? The grounds are mostly dirt after you drive through the nicely flowered entrance. The fencing is falling apart and resembles a patchwork quilt.
