First time seeing Dr. o’Connor & she was on the phone when she came into the room & didn’t give me the time to tell her everything I needed. She only gave me one referral & couldn’t ask her any other questions. Turns out she even gave me a wrong referral so I had to wait even longer to get my appt. - Again went for a referral, waited two months for my appt just for them to tell me the doctor O’Connor never sent it!! AGAIN
The staff is highly unprofessional - I had to have them refund me the co-pay after calling my insurance to confirm I had no copay. They never bothered to first verify my insurance beforehand. Then, the African doctor walked in playing music on her phone (specifically song by Tems) and BLATANTLY LIED on my intake form; Wherein she called me uneducated - I happen to have 2 degrees, noted that I did not appear to be well kept, and completely fabricated the medical advice she provided.
