This is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. They gave me grief about wanting to have more than 1 checking account, when they mailed out my debit card it took over 3 months and 6 emails to get them to look into the issue telling me it was “mailed out” and to wait for it. When I finally received my card it didn’t work they said because I was using the wrong pin, it was used at a POS machine in a store, they also charge you .25 any time you use it as a debit card even when you select that it’s a credit card. On June 30, 2024, at 4:45 p.m., I contacted customer service and spoke with an individual identified as Miss Washington regarding my account. While she provided the information I requested, her subsequent inquiry, "What do I need this for?" was unexpected and seemed unprofessional. Her tone conveyed a lack of respect, as if I were a subordinate rather than a valued customer. Additionally, the background noise, reminiscent of a domestic environment, was disconcerting.
