This is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. They gave me grief about wanting to have more than 1 checking account, when they mailed out my debit card it took over 3 months and 6 emails to get them to look into the issue telling me it was “mailed out” and to wait for it. When I finally received my card it didn’t work they said because I was using the wrong pin, it was used at a POS machine in a store, they also charge you .25 any time you use it as a debit card even when you select that it’s a credit card.
