Great customer service
They are so nice
Got home and saw the tools they used to open the back of watch dug deep scratches. So unfortunate. These had sentimental value. I should have sent them for watch battery replacement to the Fossil and Skagen companies. One of the watch backs fell off as soon as I got home.
The sales guy Eddie was very good professional and treated me like he cared more about me being happy rather than just making money. I had a great experience and will recommend all family and friends to this place.
