David reset the diamond in my wedding ring that kept falling out and he did an even better job than the original! I was nervous about changing the look of my ring but he patiently took his time to talk me through the process and what options I had. He kept me up to date through the repair and did the job in record time! I like the way it looks even more and it feels very secure now. I would highly recommend him!! Best place to take jewelry!
David was so nice and very knowledgeable. He took the links out if a watch that was too loose in my wrist. I looked around the store and they have beautiful jewelry. I wii be going back. It is a nice store that I am glad I found. Please go by and see for yourself. I always want to support local people versus the big chain stores.
Clean, cozy and comfy. My client had me drop off a priceless keepsake of his daughter’s first tooth. Tim was so kind- I walked away feeling like Tim understood the assignment. I can’t wait to see how it cleans up. I’ll definitely post the pics of my happy Client. 4/1/25 Update: IT was perfect! He was so happy I forgot to post the pics‼️🤭 I was so impressed I entrusted my own priceless heirlooms! A collection of my father’s watches (five).
Unbelievable customer service. Very friendly, helpful, and courteous. Brought in two watches for new batteries and they changed them out on the spot. Was out in 10 minutes! I highly recommend them! Awesome!
David has been a pleasure to work with. I’m 2 1/2 hours away and will travel for him to work on my jewelry and buy! I’ve been to two jewelers for my engagement band to be worked on and still wasn’t right. David fixed my ring and now it’s perfect. Could not recommend more!!!
