David reset the diamond in my wedding ring that kept falling out and he did an even better job than the original! I was nervous about changing the look of my ring but he patiently took his time to talk me through the process and what options I had. He kept me up to date through the repair and did the job in record time! I like the way it looks even more and it feels very secure now. I would highly recommend him!! Best place to take jewelry!

David was so nice and very knowledgeable. He took the links out if a watch that was too loose in my wrist. I looked around the store and they have beautiful jewelry. I wii be going back. It is a nice store that I am glad I found. Please go by and see for yourself. I always want to support local people versus the big chain stores.

Clean, cozy and comfy. My client had me drop off a priceless keepsake of his daughter’s first tooth. Tim was so kind- I walked away feeling like Tim understood the assignment. I can’t wait to see how it cleans up. I’ll definitely post the pics of my happy Client. 4/1/25 Update: IT was perfect! He was so happy I forgot to post the pics‼️🤭 I was so impressed I entrusted my own priceless heirlooms! A collection of my father’s watches (five).

David did an absolutely amazing job adjusting my watch to fit perfectly. Pam was super fun to talk to while I waited, and they both made the whole experience seamless. Treasures Old & New will definitely be my go-to whenever I’m in town!

Took my wedding ring of 43 years in, they did a great job of restoring them. My bands were wore thin with sharpe edges. They put them together with a wider band in back.but kept the original look to it. It's beautiful.
