Excellent prom dress/bridal boutique! Treasures gets 5 stars from me! Fabulous gowns plus great customer service! In high school, I always got my prom dresses from Treasures (in addition to my friends & their friends). The selection was more than plenty and with every trip I went in there, Bonnie was so helpful in helping me try on & pick out the perfect dress! My integrity and business practices will not allow me to rebut this review because in doing so I would be required to divulge private information, such as this customer's measurements, which would be an infringement of her right to privacy. I respectfully submit that this customer's portrayal of these events is false.
Treasures Formals I had an great experience shopping for my bridal gown at Treasures. My mother lives in South Carolina so we ordered her dress at the same time that I ordered mine. My bridesmaids all live in other states so Treasures took care of all the details and made it really easy for me. A special thanks to Lauren who helped both my mom and me. I have recommended Treasures to several of my friends and I will be getting a bridesmaid dress there soon.
Good Experience While I did not end up purchasing my wedding dress from Treasures, I did enjoy my experience there. I went on a weekday, so I got great one-on-one customer service. The consultant listened to what I wanted and didn't try to push stuff I didn't want on me. She also was honest in her opinions of how dresses looked on me, a fact I appreciated.
