Before I decided to put a necklace in layaway I specifically asked for the gram weight of the necklace in which case one of the ladies told me it weighed 6.5 grams, I thought it was fair and decided to put it in layaway. After I recently took it out of layaway I asked them again to weigh it and instead of 6.5 grams they told me it only weighed 5 grams but added 1.5 grams due to “labor costs”. I felt scammed afterwards, and they don’t accept returns

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We paid to have a necklace fixed here... it broke within 48 hours. We took it back as soon as we got back from out of town and could make it back up there. Had the receipt and they didn’t care to help, make it right, discount it to be fixed or anything!! Don’t waste your time with a company that doesn’t stand behind their work!
