Horrible. Bought a chain necklace here and it IMMEDIATELY broke once I got home. 80$ for cheap, shoddy quality necklaces that I could actually find better for on Shein.
Horrible people here they are such a rip off 130$ for plastic backs on earrings is crazy and they said it would be 25$ more for actual backs
Before I decided to put a necklace in layaway I specifically asked for the gram weight of the necklace in which case one of the ladies told me it weighed 6.5 grams, I thought it was fair and decided to put it in layaway. After I recently took it out of layaway I asked them again to weigh it and instead of 6.5 grams they told me it only weighed 5 grams but added 1.5 grams due to “labor costs”. I felt scammed afterwards, and they don’t accept returns
