I had a positive experience working with Ashton on leasing a property in the Durham area. As someone from out of state he was responsive, flexible and reachable at all times.
Extremely unprofessional service. While still living at my rental place for another month, future tenants were told they’re allowed to check out my property whenever. Not to mention, the landlord Ashton agreed to meet a couple at my place at 6am, but completely slept through his alarm, leaving me alone to show the future tenants around.
