I had a positive experience working with Ashton on leasing a property in the Durham area. As someone from out of state he was responsive, flexible and reachable at all times.
Extremely unprofessional service. While still living at my rental place for another month, future tenants were told they’re allowed to check out my property whenever. Not to mention, the landlord Ashton agreed to meet a couple at my place at 6am, but completely slept through his alarm, leaving me alone to show the future tenants around. If I could leave zero stars I would. I moved into this property June 16th after signing a lease earlier than when I needed to move in. This team had two additional weeks to inspect the property and when I got here nothing was ready even though the unit was advertised as such. We went 5 weeks with no solution for a broken HVAC, the HVAC unit broke again after repair and flooded the flooring downstairs.
