Although a different situation, my experience was no better than that of Elisa B.'s. Treasured Photo Gifts produced a face mask sold through Printerpix. The mask has the bottom half of your actual face on it. Despite the fact that I sent three emails canceling the order, they shipped the mask anyway. Not sized for an adult--might fit an 8-year-old--and the quality was awful: ear loops not the same size or shape, so that the mask pulled to one side; fabric not flexible, so it actually compressed the nose; and finally, wh... read more

I only wish I could give it a 0 star. Placed an order, paid over $50.00 for 2 day shipping and just to find out that it will take 7 business days for deliver as per FedEx tracking. I am traveling and was taking the picture mugs as souvenirs. Asked to cancel the order and was told that they couldn't because it was already shipped but they would reimburse the difference between standard and 2 day shipping.
