What a caring lady Ms Sandra is, she went out of her way to make sure that we were completely satisfied. We changed our date which is a cost however we would have paid $100. We new what the contact stated but she did chage us any extra. She is professional caring loving and would do anything to make her customers happy. Very unprofessional. She took my deposit without giving me a contract to sign. When I called and ask for my deposit back, she never sent it saying I signed a contract and it states that refunds are non refundable after signing a contract. I asked for a picture or a copy of this contract that I signed, never received it. I called and ask to be reached out to and never got the call or picture of the proof that I signed one. Chastain’s Floral delivered a beautiful potted plant for me to Thompson’s Funeral Home for a recent funeral. Sandra and her staff were so accommodating and some of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of doing business with in a long time! They can definitely consider me a repeat customer! Chastains provided the flowers for my daughter’s wedding on March 1. They delivered them and even arranged them in the vases that we provided. They were absolutely perfect and are just now wilting. Highly recommend!
