Came out to my place, very fast, efficient, friendly, and the carpets looked great after they were done.
They no showed on the day of the appointment and when contacted claimed they cancelled three weeks ago-I didn’t even book it hat long ago. Thankfully I found someone else to come the same day because my final out is in two days. I would not recommend their services.

We do want to apologize for your inconvenience. The review was relayed to Dave and your name was not recognized or found in his book. He did have a fire around Jan. 11 and he was not scheduling any jobs after such date, due to not having a van nor machine.
This is company does an AMAZING job with cleaning carpet and couches just because or for moving- highly recommend!
We recently moved into a house with carpets that were cleaned by this company. The carpets were still very dirty and full of dog hair from the previous tenant upon our move in. I called Dave just to get some more information and relayed the condition of the carpet. My questions were fairly obvious...pet stains (did they use enzymes) was the carpet in fact steamed cleaned.. I thought they did a fantastic job. There was a wear spot that ended up being hardly noticeable. My carpets were looking brand new after they finished.
We use Treasure Valley Steamway to clean our rentals properties. They are the best!
