RecommendedSo pleased with the care I received before surgery (classes, pre-op before surgery and etc). Day of surgery, I felt comfortable even during this (COVID time). The team was amazing, kept my mind busy, entertained me, answered all my questions. (most importantly I am a nurse but my lens of care is NOT orthopedics) and I appreciated that even though I am a nurse, I was never told once "oh you know this already your a nurse". Thank you. My husband and I recently got to experience the great hospitality of TVH. Due to COVID19 I was unable to be with him before and after surgery. The staff went above and beyond to make him comfortable and communicated his progress to me along his surgery. This is a dedicated staff that takes their jobs and customers seriously. Thank you TVH for such a great experience.!
I was at Treasure Valley Hospital, last week, for a total knee replacement and the subsequent overnight stay. The entire staff, from check in/pre-op, surgery, and post op...I wanted to bring them all home with me. They wrapped me up in warm blankets and moved me to to my room, tucked me in, and made sure everything I needed was taken care of. By far, the most gracious and caring nursing staff I’ve ever encountered.

I have had 3, soon to be 4 surgeries at Treasure Valley Hospital. I value their quality, both in treatment and doctors, enough, that I postponed two surgeries for over a year just to have my surgeries done here. I had to change my health insurance carrier which of course you can’t do except once per year thanks to the freedom of Obamacare. This hospital has the best, happiest employees, from reception, nurses, to the doctors, and even the admission staff and Billings office. My experience at Treasure Valley Hospital was great! The patient to nurse ratio is the best in the valley and they actually have time to talk with you and give you exceptional care! Everyone there was very kind and caring. As an RN who has worked at St Luke's for years, and appreciates their care, Treasure Valley is where I want to go for surgeries if possible! Thank you for making it such a great experience!
My family highly recommends Treasure Valley Hospital. They are simply the best! The entire staff, doctors, nurses, custodians, chefs, etc treat everyone (patients, family, and each other) like family. Their care is genuine.
