I chose Crash Champions because they were a preferred provider for my insurance company. While they were nice people, they did not complete the repair of my car in a manner that restored it. And the damage has remained visible which impacts my satisfaction with it and my eventual resale value. I had a disappointing experience with Crash Champions due to poor communication and excessive delays. Updates were infrequent, and getting responses required persistent follow-ups. The repair time was much longer than expected, which added to the frustration. Worse, when I finally got my car back, it had hard water stains and scratches all over the PPF coating and their own repair—damage that occurred while in their care. New Team. Higher Quality. I have rewritten this review multiple times due to a prolonged interaction with this shop. I will save you the long story and just say that the current team, and manager Nate, have my full confidence and appreciation. I initially had some work done that was unacceptable.
