This was my second time to take my poor damaged CRV to Crash Champions, each time a different location in Nampa. Doesn't seem to matter at all.......I got the same professional expert work in either case. Everything goes smoothly, communication from the technician is excellent. And the work.....is wonderful!! I've never had a complaint or a problem with their work. Unlike my daughter, who went to Caliber Collision, and has had to keep returning because of their shoddy work. Great experience with this group. They were in constant contact with me, updating me on the work status of my car the whole time it was in their shop. I was very impressed with the finished job, was involved in a car accident and my car looked brand new again after they were done with the repairs. Brian was super nice, knowledgeable and attentive. Crash champions in Meridian was excellent. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were very organized and got things done in a timely manner and even made alternate arrangements for me when needed.
