Friendly, knowledgeable, family staffed/owned. I took in jewelry I haven't worn in a long time- wasn't even sure it was worth anything. I was pleasantly surprised. I inquired about a ring I had that I wasn't in love with and I was presented with one that was similar but exactly what I was looking for.
