Possibly the best healthcare experience I've ever had. The people are great, compassionate, and ultra-competent. Really fantastic outfit.
The markup they charged me on a pair of ponsetti boots was outrageous. A doctor gave us a tip that we can purchase off the same site that they order from…the boots are $250 for a pair. Treasure state o&p clinic charged us $710.16 for the exact same thing from the exact same place.Feeling gouged and taken advantage of during an already sensitive, hard time.
Being an above knee amputee, the fit of the socket is crucial. I was fortunate enough to to discover Treasure State orthotics and prosthetics and specifically Jordan North. Jordan was really interested in my needs and took the time to work with me to assure a very good fit. Having been to other prosthetists ,Jordan really impressed me with his knowledge and his empathy. As a physical therapist in this area for the past 24 years, this has been my "go to" company for getting the best care and products for my clients. They take their time in assessing the client correctly, explaining the process to the client, and provide professional and courteous follow up as needed. I cannot say enough good for this company and their staff.
They really go out of the way to check insurance and make it as easy as possible. Also went above and beyond to help me with my orthidics and everything.
