READ THIS BEFORE BUYING FROM TREASURE STATE MOTORS. I purchased a 2017 Ford Escape from Treasure State Motors after being told it had passed inspection and was ready to drive. The vehicle lasted less than 2 miles before the engine catastrophically failed. While driving home, the dashboard displayed "High Engine Temperature – Stop Safely," and I was left stranded on the side of the highway. Took a chance and acquired a pre-owned vehicle. 2017 ford explorer. We purchased the vehicle to provide safe transportation for my family to Denver for a kidney transplant. Jason helped facilitate our financing. After two weeks of having the vehicle we took the initiative to have the vehicle inspected before our trip. Unfortunately, metal shavings were detected in the motor. Now we must rise to the challenge of obtaining a new motor on top of a new kidney.
