Took a chance and acquired a pre-owned vehicle. 2017 ford explorer. We purchased the vehicle to provide safe transportation for my family to Denver for a kidney transplant. Jason helped facilitate our financing. After two weeks of having the vehicle we took the initiative to have the vehicle inspected before our trip. Unfortunately, metal shavings were detected in the motor. Now we must rise to the challenge of obtaining a new motor on top of a new kidney. Jeremy was phenomenal and got me out of a big time pickle, after my transmission literally gave up right before making it to the dealership. He helped me navigate some significant hurdles and got me back on the road. I was very pleased with my buying experience there.
