On 7/16/21 we checked in to 2376 New River Inlet Rd which is in deplorable condition and filthy. The place smells musty. The garage is filled with sand and the ceiling is falling down. The air conditioners are all broken, central AC and mini splits, except 1. There’s water pouring down the wall from one of wall AC units. They tried to hide the fact the place was never cleaned. This was probably the worst beach experience I have ever had and we have been renting from several different agencies over the past 20+ years. For reference, we rented 105 Bay Court. We arrived to an array of issues. We were told by the office we couldn't have access to the "boat launch" although it was clearly noted in their advertising. Booked a near three thousand dollar beachfront beach-house through VRBO and picked up the keys from this place. There was an odor and mold upon arrival (see photos). There were no filters in the air returns which likely caused or contributed to the issue. I understand that things happen, but it’s what happened after that made this a difficult situation. My experience with Treasure Realty was truly 5 star. They provided timely, useful communications, by e mail before I left and by text beginning with the first day of the rental. These included reminders of trash day, check out time and other useful notifications. They were a pleasure to work with. The unit was spotless and exactly as advertised. Going back next year, same time, same place!
Our stay at 2327 New River Inlet Road North Topsail was our favorite vacation to date. The beach house was breathtaking with a perfect location. We will be returning to this rental and highly encourage others to book! The Treasure Realty Guest Portal made it effortless to pay for the rental, access the keyless entry code, provide information of the attractions and restaurants around our rental, and consult a checklist of items to bring on our getaway.
