Great location! Parking was somewhat difficult but I was also in a large truck. Rooms were pretty nice and equipped but had some stains on floors, plug in tub did not work, and light coming out of bathroom tub ceiling. Overall it was a great stay and location!
Ian is an absolute gem! Cannot express how much we enjoyed the location and the hotel itself. If headed to Park City, you must consider this as your place.
After sharing this feedback to the hotel management directly and receiving a unconcerned response, I'm sharing my feedback here to forewarn others. The 5 star reviews on here were absolutely paid for. I absolutely would not recommend anyone to stay here while in Park City. The location on Main Street is the only "perk" this hotel has. If you want to stay on Main Street, stay at Park Hotel or the Marriott instead. The suite, accommodation, and amenity photos on the hotel's website do not show the reality of its conditions. It's a great location, the room was comfortable and had everything we needed. All the staff I interacted with were helpful and professional. The wifi sucks and cell service is also spotty so you can't count on a reliable connection. That's my only complaint but other than that, it was perfect!
This is a great location. However, the rooms were dirty for the price paid. I wouldn't walk on the carpet without shoes or sit on the couch. The hallways have a "rotting wood" smell. The front desk were mainly absent during most of the stay. At one point they turned off water to half of the hotel and the front desk had no idea.
