I went here in the past when I was 15 weeks too find out the gender of my baby, it was at a different location and the staff was awesome super sweet and made my experience great, I even recommended friends to them and decided too schedule another appointment thinking the experience was gonna be just as good as the first one and I was wrong, the staff was very rude didn’t really seem to care or have any personality what’s so ever didn’t seem happy for anyone or anything there was no atheism seems like it’s just a job to them ... read more
RecommendedMaria was extremely great with me. She used warm gel and made the experience comfortable and private. She took the time I had and made it feel special. I made sure to be there on time—five minutes ahead of my appointment time to make sure they didn’t “cut my time.” Maria helped me re position myself more than a few times so she could capture clear facial shots of my daughter. My husband scheduled this appointment as a surprise and also for our “date night.” I was super excited because due to the pandemic he is not able to come with me to appointments especially Ultrasound appointments. They are reasonably priced and they do offer cute keepsakes. I took away stars for two reasons. One the receptionist is NOT at all friendly, nice or welcoming. We loved our ultrasound appointment, it was fast, easy picking packages, safe (very clean) and free parking. We will be going again when we reach 27weeks. The staff is very professional and sweet, the tech answered our questions, we found out we are having a baby girl at 17 weeks. ❤❤❤
I had my ultrasound here for my 3rd baby, the staff are so friendly. since we were doing a Gender Reveal they put a picture of my baby's gender in an sealed envelope so we wouldn't find out until the day of the party.
Just had my 3D-4D ultrasound yesterday! Best experience ever! Staff very te five and do their best to take the best pictures of your baby... definitely recommend this place
