Went into this store wanting 2 (tiny) CZ's replaced on two rings. Each ring had a CZ missing. The lady behind the counter asked the older man and when I went up to the counter to find out how much it would be, she told me $260.00! I kept my composure and politely asked her, "Do you know why that's so high?" Her response: "I don't know." She said she didn't know. THAT is not good! At least give me a reason.
