The lady checking us out tried to charge my son $10 for a pair of chop sticks that were clearly marked $2. When we pointed out the mistake, she angrily threw them on the counter and made an embarrassing scene. We spent almost $100 there but we will not be going back. She did apologize when I told her her actions were completely uncalled for but the fact that she works for a church establishment and acts this way over something so trivial is ridiculous.
RecommendedI had wonderful heirlooms I needed to part with, and they provided the perfect solution! The folks were so very kind and understanding, and the items have sold well. I chose the consignment section and that has been a blessing for me.
Wonderful people at the Treasure House~~both staff and customers. I always feel welcome no matter what the day has brought me.
Not all customers are treated the same! I wasn’t greeted or helped as I browsed the store. Other customers coming in were greeted and asked if they needed any help. Very disappointed
Oh I just love all of my friends at St. Mark’s Treasurer House. When I walk into the store they all say in such a vibrant voice “Hello Mr. Rogers”. 🥰
