It’s disappointing to be writing this follow-up, but after posting my detailed review weeks ago, no one from Treasure Hill has reached out or made any attempt to address the issues we raised. This lack of response perfectly reflects the same pattern of poor communication and disregard for customers that we experienced throughout our purchase process.
