I just saw on the news that a Treasure Coast employee was arrested for stealing and pawning jewelry from a patient. I’m not surprised because my family had a really harmful experience with this agency. My loved one was treated like a billing opportunity instead of a human being. Instead of spending time with my loved one in her final days, I had to fight these people to show up and provide care. Meanwhile, they were billing for services. they weren’t actually providing.

Team Members were warm, understanding and patient. The facility is very pleasant clean, and calming. Space to meet family away from residents.

When my father, James Strawn, was first admitted to hospice care, the process was very professional. Several nurses came to our home, and initially I felt reassured.
