My family recently had the privilege of experiencing the care provided by Treasure Coast Hospice, and I cannot say enough about how grateful we are. I want to share a disappointing experience at Treasure Coast Hospice. While most of the staff was compassionate and helpful, there was one nurse, Paula, who was consistently uncooperative. She refused to give us basic information that we needed, despite all other nurses being extremely supportive. She acted as if she were a doctor, but she was just a nurse, and this made a very difficult time even harder for us. I hope the center takes steps to ensure better communication in the future.
