Just purchased our Toyota RAV4 a month ago with Maintenance Plan. Made Initial Appointment for Saturday morning (5-03) @7am at Treasure Coast Toyota. Got up at 6 am to make it on time for the appointment. Arrived at 6:55 am and took our Maintenance Plan paperwork to the Service counter to check in. Service Employee could not find our appointment under either of our names, told us it would be a 90 minute wait for regular scheduled maintenance. This guest came in on Saturday, May 3, and met our Service advisor ******. After talking to the guest ****** determined that ********* spoke to guest and appointment was not confirmed but told the guest that we would get it done. ********* wasn't "fired", he gave notice and his last day was the day before Mr. ******** appointment on Friday, May 2. This is the worst experience Ive ever had. Today I went in with an offer ad on the website that they did not honor for a Toyota Tacoma. FYI, the offer expires August 1. Prior to my arrival I called and they told me over the phone that it would be honored in the end. After some negotiating a lease deal. They told me that ad was just to get people through the door. Saler , finance manager ,never mention that Toyota does not take outside finance. They send the the contract to Toyota east finance without our consent and refuse our credit union draft, they did not return our call until 3 days after . Our only option was to refinance. They send a credit score disclosure stated they had denied my credit request, when we told them that we did not want the 4% they want to offer us to finance the car knowing we had a way better APR offer. They lie and deceive us so they could sell the car.

They deserve no stars. DO NOT put a deposit down on a car. I put a deposit down on a car after receiving a quote and was assured this would be honored. Approximately one week out from the car arriving, they not only did not want to honor the quote, they increased it by a few grand. Completely unethical!

No Stars! Absolute worst service experience ever. All the "service advisor" did was try to sell parts that were not necessary. He hadn't even looked at my vehicle. Got hooked into wheel alignment and tire balance , which I wonder if I even needed. Turned down everything else he tried to tell me I needed. After my car was inside for over 2 hours- oil change and tire rotation, he came out and told me I needed a battery. My husband checks our vehicles regularly for common maintenance items. Buyers beware... Hidden charges that are not disclosed or approved by the buyer. I recently financed a vehicle by the company and after further review i found hidden fees like key fobb insurance and hazardous fee I never signed for or was asked if interested in.I went back in to ask finance manager **** why the numbers don't match up on the paperwork and He ensured me over and over again it did after I pointed out and distressed my concern and he didn't want to hear me.. My husband and I went to this dealership to buy a new car. The sales rep was nice, but his manager (the person responsible for negotiating the price of the car) offered us a price, but we came to agree on it, the sales rep told us that the manager rescinded the offer. Then, the sale rep asked what's the new figure we could give him to go back to manager for approval. We walked away from the dealership after spending a long time negotiating the price. Beware of the service department and the staff. They left the oil cap off of my brothers car and it leaked oil all over his driveway and car. They offered him 80.00 to clean up his own driveway. Then they leave a water bottle in his truck damaging a belt in the car. The sales manager pretended to be the general manager and then the General manager called me back. Summery of my Complaint We were ripped off and taken advantage of by Treasure Coast Toyota of Stuart (TCTS). Once they get your money you are out of luck if anything happens. The Better Business Bureau gives TCTS a rating of F, its lowest rating. It was the Worst Car Buying Experience in our over 41 years of buying cars.
