Tim is the consummate professional. He is an expert on the area, having grown up there, is on top of everything and just such a kind human being. He sold my late father's house for top dollar in a softened market. I live out of state so it was a huge comfort that he seamlessly provided all needed services - clearing out the house, cleaning it, handing repairs, etc. He even made sure things that could be donated were given back to the local community instead of straight to the landfill.
