I am writing to formally document my recent experience with your business regarding electrolysis services. I initially contacted your office and spoke with an individual I believe was Dana. I clearly stated that I was interested in electrolysis. During that conversation, she suggested laser hair removal, stating, “usually on non-blonds we do laser,” and offered to schedule a consultation to review my options. I called and she told me she does not service African Americans or dark skin Hispanics. I find that very racist how can you provide hair removal but don’t have the proper laser to suit people of all nationalities. Racism is very much still going on. Please stay away from this business!!!

I have been seeing Becky and Dana for over 5 years! Not only are their services AMAZING! They’re fantastic women! Super friendly and great at what they do. I hate hair.... they both have definitely made me feel better about my insecurities! Thank you ladies!!!

Its been 1 year since I began seeing Dana for laser hair removal and I couldn’t be happier. Dana is honest, fair, fun to be around, and my results speak for themselves. I’ve said “Goodbye!” to plucking those pesky thick chin hairs that used to irritate and scar up my face. My scars? What scars? They don’t exist. There are more areas of mine that Dana has treated and I’ve got to say that I won’t go to anyone else! Thank you Dana!

I was so grateful for Dana's services yesterday!.. my appointment was a breeze, very comfortable, and with every zap there was an immense feeling of instant gratification. Dana is very knowledgeable in her field, you can tell she has the experience needed to satisfy the client's needs. Very clean and safe working space in a cool, relaxing environment. I almost can't wait until our next session.. wish I hadn't waited so long into my life to get Laser, easy peasy!
