Awful....the scheduler is very rude, short and kurt. Maybe have someone kinder and people friendly.
After one visit I knew they were just profiteers in the colonoscopy business. When I declined they gave me a prescription and I sent a sample in a box. The script side effects were many and I wanted no part of them. The sample results inconclusive and another prescription called for. Then I got a certified letter saying they no longer would see me. No shit! I wasn't coming back anyway. What a joke.
I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Altschuler. His professionalism, patience and genuine care for his patients make him stand out in the field. I wholeheartedly recommend DR. Altschuler to anyone in need of a gastroenterologist.
