I went to this office as a first time patient referred by my Primary care physician. First they cancel my appointment and reschedule. The day of the appointment I showed up 15 minutes late. The front desk lady was with other patient and I waited patiently by the the time she was down it was 9:25 my appointment was at 9:00. I explained about being 15 minutes late. I applied here and had an interview with Rhonda and another nurse it went awesome they were really friendly and nice then the next day I get a call and was asked to come in to meet the nurse that I would be working with. I went to this office yesterday and they were very nice. The front desk receptionist was very welcoming. We had a wonderful conversation about different things. After my appointment she explained everything that was needed in the near future . The nurse practitioner that I seen was Kristen McIntyre. She was very nice she explained everything that I needed to know. She explained what the doctor would do and will not do in which I think is great. The doctor is rude has a terrible bedside manner, including some of the staff. I would not recommend this place at all. They tried to talk me into a test that I already had, And when I wouldn’t comply, they got very nasty. Do yourself a favor and go to Gastro health and ask for Dr. Soyka…. Excellent doctor!
