They don’t return calls. They don’t communicate with the patient. Horrible patient care.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place was set up for my mom when she was discharged from the hospital. They never contacted me, I always had to call. The 1st nurse visit & a CNA was scheduled. The nurse came for an evaluation but no CNA & no phone call letting me know. I called & after several back & forth calls they told me they could not find one. By far worst home health service ever-PT came by for 10 minutes to “educate” on what we had already been doing, nurse couldn’t order emergency trach suppplies in time and did not take foley bleed seriously/refused to change cath-everything takes 5 business days, honestly joke of a company I don’t know how they get 5 stars reviews, go with adaptive if you are able-their entire staff is proactive vs. reactive, extremely fast response times, by far the best vendor I have worked with.
I highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for quality home health services delivered with respect, kindness, and professionalism.
Was assigned home health after having cervical surgery and developing an infection. Treasure Care Home Health was decided on and was a great decision. The RN assigned (Delkis) was great!! We live about 70 miles from from the Houston area and she was always prompt with her arrival time. She communicated beforehand to see if anything additional was needed. Her wound care and attention to detail helped to heal properly and prevent the further possibility of infection.
