Was assigned home health after having cervical surgery and developing an infection. Treasure Care Home Health was decided on and was a great decision. The RN assigned (Delkis) was great!! We live about 70 miles from from the Houston area and she was always prompt with her arrival time. She communicated beforehand to see if anything additional was needed. Her wound care and attention to detail helped to heal properly and prevent the further possibility of infection.

Excellent home care service. My RN attendee Mr. Henry Cuenca is superb and knows his work perfectly and very polite to patients. I had an excellent relationship with him while he was assisting my IV antibiotics. Treasurer Care chose right people and Henry is definitely one among them. I wish Henry good luck in his career path.
This is a treasure that really should be left at the bottom of the ocean. Our experience was so consistently horrendous, it makes me very suspicious that all of the 100% 5-star reviews are fake. Allow me to elaborate. First, the receptionist ("case manager") struggles to understand the goals and directions given. Anticipate needing to explain in at least three different ways what you're needing accomplished, and ALWAYS have her repeat it back to you. 4 times out of 5 there's going to be important details missed.
