I found it difficult attending appointment, and leaving worse than I went in there. They are being paid to help and I feel they do not have the clientele best interest at heart

I went to trealaw recourse centre to ask for help and Dr Anvita swarmkar was asoulotly vile to me I was begging for help instead she gave me tablets that I didnt want cus they leave funny taste and I take them all at once where others I don't but she wouldn't listen she then said just cus uv come here dosnt mean we have to help U!!! what are u there for then.
