Booked in for a face to face after referral from my GP to start the ADHD diagnosis process. £8 bus fare, 30 mins walk, all the mental prep and psyching myself up for a meeting, and when I got there I was told the person I was meeting had called in sick. Nobody had thought to let me know. My appointment was at 1pm - plenty of time for someone to reach out to me to rearrange. I found it difficult attending appointment, and leaving worse than I went in there. They are being paid to help and I feel they do not have the clientele best interest at heart. I live 2mins walk away and not allowed access or get support until appointments. But they cancel alot or one appointment every 12months + isn't gonna cut it. It's been years of fighting hell.... No better only getting worse. I need help
