Really great!! Honest and quick!! Truck broke down (alternator) they came towed to shop, diagnosed, quoted and fixed within less than 5 hrs!! As a business owner who depends on that vehicle to pay our bills......I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY!!! THANK YOU GUYS SO SO MUCH!! YOU MF ROCK!!
I am very disappointed with tread auto. I just got my car from him. Thank God!!!!! This man held my car up for 8 months with promises that he will fix it. They do not communicate at all When I say at all. You don't know what's going on with your car And you call his wife gets a attitude. Then charged us to get it. Shameful!!! I would never recommend them to anyone. Just ridiculous
They told me quickly what was wrong with my car, and they didn’t rush me to make a decision. When I asked about small details of the issue, they weren’t inconvenienced by the question, and explained it thoroughly. Not to mention that their labor costs are about $50/hour cheaper than any other shop I’ve been to. Keep it up, y’all!
