My son and I go to him and is excellent. He's quite knowledgeable but also realistic and humble about nuance and his personal experience, which is greatly appreciated with my wife and I being knew parents. Also, very understanding in regards to differences of opinions, such as not getting all the vaccines available, and will converse about his thoughts but respect whatever our decision is. Honestly, I don't think I can imagine a better physician for what we were looking for.
During my new patient appointment I was subjected to many anecdotal stories, but was never examined. Never listened to my heart, lungs, etc. I've been battling trying to find the right medication and his solution was "this one works for my dad, so its good enough for you." I believe his method of practicing medicine is not only unsafe, but also has potential legal ramifications.
I saw Dr. Treadway today for a consultation regarding adult ADD. He's a high energy, sense of humor kind of guy, which is great quality for a primary care physician in my opinion. He gets my recommendation.
He is a great doctor, knowledgeable, gives you time and doesn't rush you. My husband is very happy with him!
Good! He is knowledgeable and funny! He has cared for our teenage daughter, and we both like his light hearted approach.
Does not take the time to listen to the patients comcerns or answer questions.
Took my elderly in-laws for physical and check up. He spent the entire time looking at the computt and just filling in the form. Didn't even check them. On another visit, every time I asked a question, he spent most of the time telling stories and not really answering my questions. Meanwhile, my both in-laws have hearing problems and had no idea what he was talking about. Will have to find a new doctor.
He's a nice man. Knowledgeable. Talks too fast to the point where it feels like he doesn't really hear you he just likes to hear himself talk. Has very rehearsed, generic responses that allow him to circumnavigate the actual questions. Low rating today because he ordered unnecessary blood work without my knowledge or permission and I got slammed with a $550 bill. When I called & asked why he ordered these he said they were necessary (which they aren't) and basically said oh well. Not going back.
I have been dealing with gout for over 25 years. When it flares up I need meds fast to prevent a full attack. Requiring an office visit for a refill, when you are in pain is impractical. Also the schedule is very limited. Left message on a Saturday, did not get a reply from the doc until Tuesday AM. If you have a problem on Friday it isn't addressed until Tuesday. He is very knowledgeable - just hard to get access.
