I would recommend you to stay away from this apartment and any other Parigi's apartments. Their apartment is fairly-old and poorly constructed. There are always problem with the sewers, sinkers and the toilets. The worst of all is the management. They will never respond to any of your requests. Be prepared to deal with all the problems you can never even think of. Plus, their management is a bunch of old, rude, and rusty people who only care your money. It's not a safe place to live. I lived there for 6 month and have to move out for security concern. I can hear gun shot at midnight. And when I moved out, I kept my apartment in very clean condition and I did'n damage anything. But the apartment management charged my entire deposit for cleaning fee and damage.
