My wife was sued by Citibank for a credit card we did not apply for that was in her name due to identity theft. J. Michael Treadaway represented us and forced Citibank and their lawyers to dismiss their claim against us. His response for our defense to the court was awesome. Citibank just came back at us again 2 years later with a different collection agency. Terrible person.
I was represented by Jason on a few different criminal cases and I'm beyond grateful for his help. He kept me out of prison and had me out of county jail much quicker than I expected. He can be a little off-putting at first but he's a good guy and a great attorney.
