Went to get my car inspected, they took my car in and came back 10 minutes later just to tell me "funny thing about your car is that it's too low for our lift therefore we can't do the inspection". If you can't get it on the lift why not just jack it? Don't waste your time here with these lazy bozos and their made up bull crap. I went to Leary's alignment down the road and they passed me just fine with ZERO BS.
Had a valve stem leaking prior to camping trip . Called the service center andthey took me right away. We were out the door in 30min. Thanks great work
Made online appointment for 4 specific tires as listed on their website. When I arrived for my appointment 2 days later, they didn’t have the tires I ordered and tried to upsell me another set of tires. The sales person told me the website doesn’t have details of their inventory but they could get the tires I ordered tomorrow. They had my appointment in their system for 2 days and they knew in advance what tires I ordered and if they weren’t in someone could have called me to reschedule but no one called.
