Friendly, phone or text reminding customers of their appointment , they do their best at getting you in and out as soon as they can.
Went in for a battery change. It took a good while for my car care to be completed but ultimately I left satisfied. The mechanic took his time to make sure everything was in order before I left the premises.
First, I did not receive poor customer interaction. Everyone I encountered was very nice. I was there to have my car inspected. There was someone ahead of me and they seemed slow that day. It took almost TWO HOURS for my car to be inspected and I was the only person there for the majority of the time. I walked around to the bays to check to see if my car was still there!
