They had to replace my entire brake system for a tire. I didn't even make it up the road before I was turning around because there was a loud grinding/squealing sound. A part of the brake they just installed needed to be pop back into place properly. The staff is nice at least.
Second time in this shop, this time for State Inspection for our 2 vehicles. It didn't take long for our turn and to be honest, the fastest service we have received in many years! Call or come in and Brea, Josh and all the staff will take care of your vehicle needs, answering any question!
I went to this location In E City to get a tire plugged and they were 3 holes in the tire and by NC law she couldn't have work done on that tire so I ended up 2 new tires the other one dry rotten. Without Brees help,kindness,patience and knowledge with a few more obstacles I was able to drive out of there with everything fixed. My advice to auto choice don't ever get rid of her because she literally can't be replaced. Unbelievable service and professionalism. Quick service, brake pad replacement $200, that’s a bit much in my opinion, but it is comparable to other places in town. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Tire Choice for service
