They broke my tire pressure monitor and left it inside the tire which threw off the balance at 60 mph had to go to another tire shop to figure out the problem. Rude customer service. I was out of town when the problem occurred. When I return to this shop the problem was resolved by manager.

I took my vehicle in for a wheel alignment and left very disappointed. The shop claimed the alignment was completed successfully, but they never informed me that all four tie rods were worn out and needed to be replaced. Any reputable shop should inspect the steering and suspension components before performing or charging for an alignment. Terrible experience here. First, thing that ever happened to me here was when I got an oil change and at checkout they told me a completely different price than what I was originally expecting. They do a terrible job communicating their prices to you when you're checking in. Now, today, I showed up for a schedule appointment to have my car state inspection done. I was in town (Elizabeth City, NC) visiting family and needed my pickup looked at for a terrible metal-on-metal scraping noise. Turns out both front breaks were almost shot and needed replacing. Josh and his crew were able to see me same day, and he kept me informed and gave me an estimate for the needed work.
