Customer Service Sucks Attempted to get a state inspection today because the dealership I usually take it to closed their service center for inventory. I called first to inquiry about the wait and was told there were 2 vehicles ahead of mine. Arrived 15 minutes later and was told by Bob, and not the person I spoke on the phone to earlier that it could be a while.
