Carl and the Tread Quarter Staff, @ Hampton VA I went into Tread Quarters to get a tire patched. The wait was a little longer than expected but the staff was so accommodating and courteous. Carl assisted me and Carl apologized for the wait. The staff was very attentive to my needs even though things were busy. I tip my hat to Carl and the staff for such efficient work.
Waste of time and a complete scam I have been visiting this Trimble Road location with three vehicles for two years or so, generally just for oil changes and tire rotations so really no big deal regarding quality of service. I know what service my vehicles need, and am used to the "up-sell" so have no problem saying "no, thank you". I called this location this morning and said I have a screw in my tire and do you make those kinds of tire repairs? I was told yes and made an appointment. The guys are so friendly and very helpful. I took my husbands car in to be looked at a Kevin put it up on the lift. First his car had just been hit from behind. It only scratched the bumper and after everyone said the good byes and all was ok no need to claim insurance. The car started to make noise. Very scary thinking you made a big mistake. Kevin found that the heat protector above the tail pipe and slipped. He refastned it and charged us nothing. What a great relief. It fealt great that nothing serious was wrong. Thanks ... read more
Always the best! I have been taking my cars to Tread Quarters for years. The service has alway been fast and friendly. Good prices for services offered. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Customer Service Sucks Attempted to get a state inspection today because the dealership I usually take it to closed their service center for inventory. I called first to inquiry about the wait and was told there were 2 vehicles ahead of mine. Arrived 15 minutes later and was told by Bob, and not the person I spoke on the phone to earlier that it could be a while. Asked how long and he said could not be sure because there was only 1 inspector on site and if the vehicle needed repairs then it could be longer. I left, went to 3... read more
