The work done by this specific establishment is good...ie my car runs after I leave the business and that's really all I can ask of a mechanic. The customer service at the front desk was sad if not pathetic... waiting in two person line for 15 minutes...mediocrity at its finest. I had hoped that he was special but listening to him talk I couldn't find any defects in his dialect. This location on n. Military hwy norfolk va is absolutely outstanding! I recieve great Customer service and management From Mr. Will and all of The mechanics. I trust them with My Altima! I Will continue My services here at this location. As a female its very hard to trust a mechanic and I can honestly say They explain everything My automobile may need and why!
