Tire barn, Coldwater road. LIED to me about “having a nail in the front Left tire. We patched it” The very next day I went in and all of a sudden it’s a mixture of “your tire pressure sensor is glitching” and “your back Right tire is flat. But your tires are too bald to patch” Sooo... there was an imaginary nail in the left tire that they patched even though patching the tire was impossible And they even didn’t think about their story properly because it wasnt even the front left tire that was low on air. The management of this store is awful. I purchased ******** tires at this store in May, 2017 that carried a 70,000 mile warranty as well as I paid extra for the Road Hazard. On January 30th, my right rear tire blew out on I-95 just one day after I had my car at this location in Stuart due to the tire light being on. I was told that the tire light was on because of the cooler weather and everything was fine. When the tire blew out I took the car back to have them look at the tire. Horrible service> caused 900.00 worth of damage and would not back it up. Only reason to even give it one star is their customer service rep was very nice. Stay away from this store.

Went to Monro by mistake thinking that my coupon was for that store. The coupon was for an oil/filter change but was actually from a nearby business. The manager at Monro said he would honor the coupon. The oils change took nearly 2 hours. Oil was left on my floor mat from when the technician changed the cabin air filter. Manager claimed the technician never accessed that area of the vehicle even though the cabin air filter is located there. Initially overcharged by technician who would not honor the coupon. Monroe Muffler in North Adams, MA has a supervisor named Tom who abuses his workers and his customers. He recommends highly expensive unnecessary work to your vehicle and when you decline he very rudely tells you to leave the store and wait outside for your vehicle. He threatens the workers into telling customers that they heed expensive repairs to their vehicle

This is about the Monro Muffler/Brake & Service located in Amherst, NH. On 11/28/18, I brought my vehicle in because the battery was nearly dead and needed immediate replacement. A. L*****, the manager, told me he ordered the battery and it would arrive in a few minutes. He asked if I wanted a 1 or 2-year warranty and I replied 2-year when I asked if there was a price difference and he said there was none. Went to Bruce B. D**** location in Tampa/Wesley Chapel. First estimate was $38 for tire repair. Told tire couldn't be repaired, nail was in sidewall. A replacement tire was going to be $154 plus tax, fees, I'm sure shop add-ons, etc. Then I was told the lug nuts were over-tightened previously and could break a stud while attempting to remove them. I think that this 25 year customer is now looking for a new car repair and tire store. I was having my oil changed and vehicle inspection. Counter person contacted me that new tires were needed and I agree with the determination. I asked about various tires and told they only had ***** tires in my vehicles size and could order another tire but would take a few days.
