Master Tech Darryl is a vehicle whisperer! My car runs so smooth. It is worth the hour drive. I thank the Dutch Square store for being there for me since the Sumter store closed without notice from Monroe corporate and abandoned local customers.
Great atmosphere, along with clean building and property. Vehicle was fixed within a day and I wast forced to purchase extra parts that wasnt needed. Didn't have to call about my vehicle, managers constantly gave me phone updates. I'm most definitely going back! I was impressed 👌 👏 😎
This shop is not far from my house. Out of the many shops off of broad river this one is never busy. I have come to realize it is because of the poor customer service & the over charging of prices! Even the mechanics are inexperienced & I was told by the manager to just come back when he is there. Overall the staff there sucks! & they don’t keep the same employees long. The manager is a great tho! I think his name is Steve.
Anthony & his team was so helpful!!! I was out of there so fast!!! Thank you for being professional & courteous!!!
