This is the second time coming here and both times I had to bring it back. I purchased a wheel alignment and tire balance and I really don't know what they did I didn't receive the courtesy inspection.. I brought it back today and the guy at the desk wasn't polite at all tlking to me like I'm a child or in the military.. I won't be returning
I was a walk in but the staff could not have been more helpful to get my car tire issues fixed and back up and running!!
Not sure yet. I've had a better experience before when I took my car in but this day one guy was sleeping and the other one looked over worked. He seem to be doing it all, but just the minimum. I don't feel all my services were done. I know just days since my oil change I have a serpentine belt that slipped off and my car had to be towed. Don't know how to feel right now but I'm not blaming anyone but I pray the guys at Tire Choice do right by their customers because it's a convenient place to go for service.
