I needed AC repair. They told me I had to buy tires and wipers for an inspection I didn’t ask for. They had my car two days, didn’t fix the AC, and lied saying they did. I made an appointment to come back. I took off work and ended up paying $1300 for all the stuff they said they did. The AC is no better. I had been a customer there for over 6 years. I will not be back.
The online schedule tool somehow logged that I wanted new tires instead of an oil change (the actual service I requested). Then when I showed up to the store, they said they were booked for the day. Staff was friendly and accommodating, 4 stars because the online appointment scheduling tool was messed up.
What started out as a horrible day turned into a blessing. The staff are phenomenal people. The work they did on my car was done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend!! Thank you Jason and Tamika!!

Took my 2021 infiniti for an alignment for a first and second time and they just made it worse not only that now my steering wheel is off . What a waste of time and money.
