I went to the TRE Wellness Centre and was treated by the wonderful Nicky. Nicky was very attentive throughout my consultation and explained carefully how my injury had occurred through my anatomy. Nicky then progressed to treatment, which was very helpful she found the source of my injury and rectified it. After treatment I was talked through ways of preventing my reoccurring injuries and given some freebies to help me help myself at home. I have had lots of problems with my right knee, after going to see Nicky at TRE wellness the issues have massively improved. I am very impressed with professional nature, knowledge and results provided by Nicky and TRE. Good job!

I went to the TRE Wellness Centre and booked in with Nicky after suffering for a number of years with acute pain in my knees. I have visited many Physios and Remedial Therapists in the past and never received such great, usable advice and exercises to do myself at home. Nicky educates you so you understand the cause of your pain and what you can do to alleviate this. I could not recommend Nicky's professional, warm, helpful services and advice more highly.

Went into see Nicky at TRE Wellness about some neck and back pains I had been getting from my posture at work. Nicky was lovely and did a half hour treatment on me and managed to work out some knots in my back and gave me some tips on how to prevent the pain from coming back. Would recommend going in to see her as she's very good and knowledgable in what she does.

I went to see Nicky at TRE Wellness for a pre-natal massage at around 36 weeks pregnant. My baby was in a posterior position and giving me quite a lot of lower back pain. Nicky's treatment was wonderful! She was very knowledgable about pregnancy massage treatment and it was the perfect balance between relaxing and remedial for my problem areas. I highly recommend TRE Wellness for pregnancy massage and in particular for some relief from associated back pain.
