Visited the Glencoe location-12/08/17 our very first time food was outstanding. But the wait staff was what you could say less personable. They were not busy on this visit. The cook area was very quite Revisited the same location 12/15/17. A lot busier. Got seated promptly. Hostess was not personable. Food this time was not as good not sure if it's cause they were busier. But everyone needs a class in hospitality.
The food is very good, if you can get it..we were going to order dessert. but didn't want to wait an hour for the server to come by..our server, Logan, seem lost at best..The worst service I've ever had..we won't be going back.

Sorry you had bad service that’s something we strive to do well in... we are very busy on Sundays and try to take care of a lot of people in 3 hours. I will have a word with Logan to see what happened, as I wasnt there today. I’m glad you enjoyed your food and hope you give our service another try, if not all we can do is apologize!
My wife and I was very pleased. We were seated quickly and was waited on quickly. Our food which was very good and plenty, we both had the Lasguna. Will go back.
Walked in, no greeting, not even a hello, stood by the hostess stand, when no one offered to seat us I asked if we were supposed to seat ourselves and got a smartass reply, we sat down and the hostess (?) flopped the menus down and walked away without speaking, I guess we were imposing. We got a modicum of courtesy from the waitress, the guy from the kitchen who brought our food was very friendly, the food was good, but I won't be back, I don't go where I'm not welcome.
Ordered our food to go and was told 15 minutes(ordered during the week around 5:00). Get there only to wait 30 more minutes. Got home and the chicken tasted scorched and the pasta had no flavor. Last couple of times eating there our experience keeps getting worse. For the price you pay you would hope to get good food and nice people you DON'T here. �
