My experience with Tre was excellent! It took a fair few properties before we seriously settled on one, and Tre was patient with us as we toured various properties we had initial interest in. There were a lot of factors to juggle with our purchase, from me working out of state at the time, to house repairs that went through arduous back and forth negotations with the seller that went on until the very last second...yet Tre helped us out every step of the way. Awesome guy! Really helped me out and made selling my house easy. I could not have asked for a better experience. My mother passed away and I needed to sell the home. I was completely clueless about how to do it, and he was able to guide me though the entire process. I also could not have asked for a better sell price. I will absolutely contact him again if I ever need to!
Tre was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. We had a couple of tasks on the closing day, and he went the extra mile for us. The entire process was extremely smooth from start to finish. I would work with Tre again and definitely recommend him to friends & family.
