I am so thankful that we found Tre! We had never sold a home and it had been almost 17 years since my husband purchased this home, so we were pretty clueless as to the whole process. We were new to the Louisville area and temporarily living with a daughter while we shopped for a home to buy. We had a realtor prior (no play on words intended :) to Tre but weren't obligated to that agent. Wanting someone with more knowledge of the area caused us to do some research where we found Tre's website. We had a great experience with Tre. When you are looking for a deal, you need someone who can move fast. Other realtors we tried were unable to move quick when we spotted a deal on the market. But with Tre's help, we found a great deal and we were able to move fast and snatch it up before anyone else did. We love our new place. It's perfect for what we were looking for in our price range. Tre was very knowledgable about the area and had great insight about the whole process from the inspection to the final walk through.

I have worked with Tre on two separate transactions and both were handled without issue. He was easy to work with, knowledgable, and I could tell integrity was at the top of his list of values (for example, he does what he says he's going to do, he returns calls/emails promptly, works hard, he was honest, etc). Tre is above all a professional. His direction and advice before listing my house were invaluable and I believe were key to a quick sale. When I buy my next home in Louisville, Tre will be my realtor.

Tre was very patient with us and allowed us to take our time in purchasing the right house. Tre actually was on vacation during the negotiatiion proccess however he made sure to leave us in good hands and when he returned he was right there helping us finish closing the deal.

I first came in contact with Tre through Twitter of all places. He was easy to approach, always responded to my inquiries the same day and was very pleasant. Once we started working together, we found Tre to be very knowledge of the home buying process. He had answers to all our questions and understood our concerns and what we were looking for. Me and my wife really enjoyed working with Tre. He made the process easy for us and we would recommend Tre to anyone in Louisville, Ky area looking to buy (or sell) a house.
