The best, most authentic Italian food I've ever had. James Weaver runs the most professional kitchen I've ever worked in and taught me everything I know about respecting food, farm to table. My wife and I make sure to visit this gem of a restaurant a few times a year, no matter how far the drive is. Well worth the trip every time!
We called shortly after noon to see if they could accommodate 30 people as our original restaurant had broken pipes and told us on arrival they couldn't feed us. (Holiday lunch). The staff scrambled and made it work. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. Thanks for saving my staff's party.
Try the White Fin Tuna over avocado risotto and the Creme Brulé for dessert.
