great food – It's a shame that people cannot undrstand the artform of a Maitre' d. It has to be tough orchestrating a dining room of that size with a small bar and people standing over the tables in the front waiting for a table. Our dinner lasted shorter thatn i would've like but my husband and our guests new it was time to leave. Wonderful – This is a hidden NYC gem. The food is excellent and innovative. Very reasonably priced for the quality of the offering. The place is cool and undiscovered. Definately worth a visit
love it love it – Tre Dici is one of those little restaurants that you will always remember throughout your life. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, comfortable...the food is fantastic, and the price tag is not bad for top of the line cuisine. Every time I'm in New York I make it a point of spending time there. Tre Dici is my new favorite place ever!!! – Well a close friend of mine introduced me to Tre Dici on a night I was visited and I was AMAZED. We went in at around 9, seated immediately, and had our appetizers in what seemed like 15 minutes after we selected our EXCELLENT wine. That night, they presented a New York Strip steak special, it just so happend that I was in a steak type of mood, so I ordered it, thinking that it would be good, but nothing like what I had imagined. i place worth a visit – Tre dici's food, service and wine selection are all superb. I had the short rib ravioli and it was incredible the Octopus appetizer was also delicous as was shrimp special, veal medallions, lamb chops and bass , all delicious (one of our group had a particular food allergy and the chef modified an appetizer for that person's need). The waiters are courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Exquisite!! – I have dined several times at Tre dici, and am a follower of the Fanelli duo, Chef Fanelli and his brother Frank. As Chef Fanelli dazzles us with his pure talent in the kitchen, brother Frank never fails to dazzle all inthe dining room. the secret is out! – I've always had an outstanding experience at the Tre dici . It s becoming one of my favorite places to go in the city. The food is exceptional each time. I enjoy that you can come here for a casual or formal occassion. Try the Veal chop ..its out of this world!
fluffy gnocchi – No room at the bar and nowhere to stand. The food, however, is very fresh. Try the Ricotta Gnocchi -- it's unbelievable. If you don't have to wait for your table, it's a delicious experience -- although a bit pricey. There aren't very many restaurant of this quality in this area so it makes tre dici a better find!
This is a great restaurant in Chelsea – We often go here, because it is, by far, the best restaurant in a 10 block radius of where we live. The food is excellent, reasonable and the service is great. We go here 1-3 times a week. The waiters, bartenders, and hostesses are warm, friendly and very attentive. I never fill out these citysearch things, just read them, but I am loyal to this restaurant for the above reasons.
